Raised on the inner city streets of Los Angeles, Joe rose above the pervasive challenges to attend both UCLA and UCSD. He then began his career as a motivational speaker and performance enhancement coach.

An avid sports fan and athlete himself, for over 14 years. Joe has worked as a motivational consultant and coach to football teams like:

As a Partner and Executive Consultant for McGhee Productivity, Joe provides consulting and educational services to businesses that increase:

Russell is a recognized expert in personal and organization transformation. He has helped thousands of individuals around the world discover more about:

His best-selling book is Workarounds That Work: How to Overcome Anything That Stands in Your Way at Work. He has authored hundreds of articles on the power of choice and awareness.

Russell also worked closely with Arianna Huffington to create several well-being sites for the Huffington Post including Healthy Living and GPS for the Soul.

Based in Mexico City, Peter is a Productivity Consultants, Executive Coach and founder of Perform Productivity Solutions for Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian speaking countries. He is also Head of Training Latam for Thrive Global, Arianna Huffington´s most recent start up company. He has over 30 years of experience facilitating personal and professional seminars; Culture Change, productivity, team-building, goal achievement, performance, productivity, communication, and leadership training. He is intimately familiar with the differences in culture between different countries in the world. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.

Peter Felsmann

Peter Felsmann Insight Seminars Facilitator

Peter Felsmann, based in Mexico City, Mexico, first took Insight when he was 16 years old. He's facilitated Insight Seminars since he was 20 years old in Spanish, Portuguese and English speaking countries.

He's committed to this work, having run seminars from from Siberia to Southern Chile. Peter has over 15 years experience facilitating:

  • Personal and professional seminars,
  • Conflict-resolution training, and
  • Peer mentoring sessions.

He has also facilitated seminars throughout Latin America, the U.S. and parts of Europe. for:

  • Abandoned children and teens,
  • People with life-threatening diseases, and:
    • Their caretakers

As a Performance Enhancement Consultant, Peter works with high level athletes. He co-founded the Performance Enhancement Institute in Argentina, addressing performance and career goals of top-tier soccer players.

As a Productivity Consultant, Peter mostly works with Fortune 100 Companies. He shows them how to increase their Personal and Organizational Productivity using Microsoft and McGhee Productivity Solutions Methodology.

Peter devotes significant time to charitable organizations. He is a local representative for the Heartfelt Foundation. He plans and serves on projects that take holiday cheer and joy to:

  • Children in hospitals and orphanages,
  • Families in need and at risk,
  • The home-bound or homeless,
  • Frail elderly in nursing homes, and
  • The terminally ill.

Peter speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and English, is an Aikido enthusiast and enjoys outdoor activities.


Ruth Rochelle was a participant at the first UK Insight Seminar in 1979, organised by Arianna Huffington. She's facilitated Insight seminars for over 20 years.

Ruth has been part of Insight Seminars since the first UK seminar over 4 decades ago. She's facilitated Insight seminars around the world for over 20 years.

She was born in London, studied Architecture at university, loves movies, walking her dog and warm weather. Ruth has worked in the field of motivation, communication and personal development since 1980. She headed up Insight UK for five years, before presenting Insight’s personal development seminars.

In 1988, alongside her Insight work, she set up "Creation", her consulting and coaching business. Creation delivers programmes to senior communication industry executives that enhance their:

  • Communication,
  • Team-building,
  • Motivation,
  • Leadership,
  • Change management, and
  • Personal development.

Ruth places a high value on:

  • Personal fulfilment,
  • Relationships that work, and
  • Mastery.

She encourages her clients to work in an atmosphere of integrity and openness. She assists them to

  1. Be honest about their ‘limiting thinking’,
  2. Take the necessary risks to step beyond their ‘comfort zones’ and
  3. Achieve the business and personal results they truly desire.

Ginny Fraser

Ginny Fraser - Insight Seminars Facilitator

Ginny Fraser has facilitated Insight seminars since 1990. An accredited coach, she works with global organisations, e.g. Mondelez (Kraft), BP, the NHS, and the education sector. She also ran the UK Insight business for six years.

Ginny has a Bachelors degree in Communication.

After successfully dealing with a cancer diagnosis she coaches and writes about alternative approaches to health, particularly cancer, addressing the:

  • Emotional impact,
  • Importance of attitude, and
  • Letting go of self-judgment.

She is also the published author of A Mother in my Heart. This self-help book looks at healing the issues involved with involuntary childlessness.

She feels strongly about our ability to have authority over our attitude to the events of our lives. This theme runs through all her work.

She lives in a village in the English countryside and enjoys adventurous travel and eating dinner with friends.
